My approach is holistic: I don’t just look at your sales, because many times the issue is as simple as not knowing how you spend your time (scheduling) or having a good set of policies and procedures (This stuff makes or breaks businesses every day).

More importantly, my approach to your business is based on what you do best. Not everyone belongs on Twitter or Instagram. Some people have a lot more success offline – and where you are successful is the place to start. Less stress, more winning.

This becomes your personal formula for success. Even better? Some, if not all, of your routine tasks become systematic, so they can eventually be outsourced. If you can get the mundane under control and on a schedule, it frees you up to focus on the creativity and decision-making. (That’s why I have a wardrobe where almost every top goes with every bottom. I don’t have to think about what to wear. I can focus on bigger stuff.)
