Who is Leadership Girl?

What and Who is Leadership Girl?

Leadership Girl is the brainchild of Haley Lynn Gray, born out of her passion for entrepreneurship and her desire to help people with leadership and communication skills.

Leadership from a woman’s perspective is different from a man’s. We have unique strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes women need permission to lead, which is something a man would never think twice about. Women recognize people’s needs and emotions as being a significant component of their career needs.

In this blog, we talk about leadership from a feminine perspective – hence the name Leadership Girl. We focus on the strengths women possess, particularly in the management and leadership arenas.

We present concrete career tips as we talk about balance, communication, time management and prioritizing tasks. We’ll also touch on and celebrate what it means to be a woman in America today.

As Leadership Girl evolved, it has become a place for entrepreneurs, women in business and leadership positions, and working moms to stop by, hang out and share their stories and successes. We invite women from a variety of backgrounds and skills to contribute to this site.

If you are an Entrepreneur, come on over to the Women’s Entrepreneur Network group on Facebook.

This community of supportive women is aimed at growing your business and giving you the tools you need to do that.

Haley Lynn Gray — Leadership Girl Founder

Haley Lynn Gray

I run this little show called It’s my online baby, where I help small businesses become bigger, smarter and more profitable.

It’s where I get down and dirty with my bad MBA self to help businesses go from $4,000/months to profitable in only three months. It’s where I save clients sums in the amount of $50,000 over the last year.

It’s my playground.

I’m Haley, three time BestSelling Author on Amazon, owner of two other 6-figure businesses and Huffington Post author. I’ve also done a long list of TV interviews and I’m a record selling Girl Scout cookie pusher, with 15,000 boxes under my belt, for the last six years (using social media, I might add).

So, this is the smarts I want to put behind you to help you do the same with your business.

Are you ready? I am!

All you have to do is Say More.

As seen on / In the Media / PressHaley contributes to her own blogs and multiple other publications:

Haley is also founder of Extension of You Home Care, and author of these bestselling books:
