Who is Leadership Girl?

What and Who is Leadership Girl?

Leadership Girl is the brainchild of Haley Lynn Gray, born out of her passion for entrepreneurship and her desire to help people with leadership and communication skills.

Leadership from a woman’s perspective is different from a man’s. We have unique strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes women need permission to lead, which is something a man would never think twice about. Women recognize people’s needs and emotions as being a significant component of their career needs.

In this blog, we talk about leadership from a feminine perspective – hence the name Leadership Girl. We focus on the strengths women possess, particularly in the management and leadership arenas.

We present concrete career tips as we talk about balance, communication, time management and prioritizing tasks. We’ll also touch on and celebrate what it means to be a woman in America today.

As Leadership Girl evolved, it has become a place for entrepreneurs, women in business and leadership positions, and working moms to stop by, hang out and share their stories and successes. We invite women from a variety of backgrounds and skills to contribute to this site.

If you are an Entrepreneur, come on over to the Women’s Entrepreneur Network group on Facebook.

This community of supportive women is aimed at growing your business and giving you the tools you need to do that.

Meet Our Team

Haley Lynn Gray — Leadership Girl Founder

Haley Lynn Gray

I’m delighted to meet you.  I’m a sales and marketing strategist, and social media expert.  As of May, 2017, I have over 100,000 followers on Social Media.  In this blog I share the lessons I’ve learned as I’ve built my business as a business, and share what I hope is useful information for many small business owners.

I love working with clients 1:1 by providing business coaching, or consulting.  Together we work to set goals, and help you put the processes in place, as well as do the work to help you achieve those goals.  I leverage my years of experience, to help you achieve and exceed your goals.

I also can help you by doing the work for you.  So if you’re looking for a team that can manage your social media, update your website, manage drip campaigns, and all aspects of your business’ marketing, we are here to help.

Are you ready? I am!

All you have to do is Say More.
