Kristie Kennedy

Kristie Kennedy Empowerment Enterprises, aka KKEE, LLC.

Entrepreneurial Leadership Development and Potential Maximization Company that empowers individuals through insightful coaching to move out of their own way through step by step practical strategies that infuse courage to step on the center stage of their own lives and SHINE!

2. Why did you get into this field? What opportunities did you see?

Believe it or not, I never aspired to become a leadership coach. As a servant leader, I spent many years behind the scenes studying the principles of leadership. I have served several great leaders and a few malicious leaders. In my younger years I never viewed myself as a leader. If anyone desired me to take on the leading role, I would defer to someone else. Naturally, I am a motivator, and what is prevalent in the workplace are unmotivated workers. A leader has to provide motivation, empowerment and inspiration to their followers on a consistent basis. As a leadership development coach, I enter an organization and listen to all parties and develop a strategy that will create a culture that embodies excellence, teamwork and productivity. The opportunity to make a difference has and always will be my guiding force.

3. What have been your biggest challenges?

As a multi-talented individual and creative artist, the most challenging aspect of who I am and what I have been purposed to do was deciding to focus on a specific area of my core genius and build mastery.

4. What has been your greatest reward?

In addition to impacting lives, the inner fulfillment of self-growth. There is nothing as rewarding than the intrinsic satisfaction of personal change that results in you becoming a better individual.

5. If you could change something, what would it be?

I am constantly working on changing how I conduct myself privately and how I interact with others publicly. The space that I am currently in is becoming more organized as the demand for my time heightens and multiplies.

6. If you could give a new entrepreneur advice, what would it be?

First, dare to be different! The market is saturated with replicas. Secondly, develop a crystal clear picture of what you desire to attain and achieve in your life time. Lofty goals require lofty change. Thirdly, be courageous enough to pursue your passion and what makes you happy. Fourthly, study your craft for the rest of your life. Entrepreneurship is about creating and living by design, not default. Fifthly, do not fear the opinion of others nor the possibility of failure. Every experience produces a priceless jewel in the journey.

7. Social Media. Yay or Nay?

Yes. It allows you to stay relevant and at the forefront of your target audience. The key is being strategic with your time and content. Moderation in all things. It is only one aspect of building a business. If you hire a public relations manager, make certain to notify your public audience when posts are from you and not from a ghost writer. Trust is hard to earn and easy to lose. Additionally, respond directly to them when they seek to communicate with you. It is called social media for a reason.

8. How do you market your products?

On every platform I am given. From public speaking, singing events, coaching, training, social media, info-graphics, article marketing, radio interviews, magazine interviews, social events, partnerships etc…

9. Is your business a service or a product? If you are a product, how do you handle production?

We offer both. With production, I learned early on how to scale costs. I provide quality driven content and outsource to production companies that best reflect the vision presented at a suitable price. I am only interested in win-win solutions; mutually beneficial business relationships are most appealing.

10. What is unique about your business?

We are unafraid to explore creative ideas while challenging the status quo. In the words of Emily Dickinson, “we dwell in possibility.” The marketplace is always in need of brilliant thought leaders and we specialize in helping others go from untapped to uncapped leading agents of change.

11. Sell me your product/service.

We have an evolving line of motivational products and coaching services that are designed to unlock the doors to your dreams and empower you to create massive momentum in minutes. Whether you are struggling to find your voice, passion or mission, we are committed to delivering you the keys to limitless possibilities.

12. How can people get in touch with you? What’s your website/Contact information?
