Entrepreneur Interview Q & A

1. What is your business/Business Name? What does your business do?

My business name is Business Matters… your business matters. It teaches people how to focus on their business and get the best out of life. How to have fun and still grow and move forward.

2. Why did you get into this field? What opportunities did you see?

I have 3 businesses. Each lead me to the other. I started out as a tax consultant, teaching people how to maximize their tax refund legally. After being laid off twice, I went to coaching school because I’ve always been the go-to person for people among my family, friends, and co-workers. Because the energy of my tax clients was so strongly negative, I decided to coach people around wealth principles. While in school, my daughter had a baby shower, and I started a bakery selling banana pudding in jars. It was loved so much that I started to bake all kinds of desserts and do parties as well. The rest is history.

3. What have been your biggest challenges?

Launching my coaching course. I hired several people to do my website, but I had trouble with that. I hired another person for automation. Yet I have no email list because the site wasn’t properly set up. The automation person didn’t set it up. So now I’m working by myself to ensure that everything is set up properly… whew!

4. What has been your greatest reward?

Getting feedback from people I am able to capture. Peoples lives (mindsets) are changing. They love my delicious products as well. I know that once people learn about my course, I will be a staple in the transformation community.

5. If you could change something, what would it be?

I don’t really know. The journey is amazing, good, and bad. I’m learning and enhancing my craft. I wouldn’t change anything. I appreciate it all!

6. If you could give a new entrepreneur advice, what would it be?

Remain focused on your business and mission. Continue to grow. Do not allow anyone to tell you that you can’t. Stay positive and get ready for a great ride and treat, the universe will definitely support you!

7. Social Media. Yay or Nay?

Yay all the way. It is a great vehicle for expansion.

8. How do you market your products?

Via social media and by word of mouth.

9. Is your business a service or a product? If you are a product, how do you handle production?

My businesses are both products and services. I make stuff at home and deliver personally to my clients.

10. What is unique about your business?

Lol… that I personally deliver to my clients. That my clients become great friends of mine and often invite me to events that they’ve retained my services for.

11. Sell me your product/service.

Do you like banana pudding?

[If the answer was Yes] Well, you’ll love mine. Not only is it delicious, it’ll make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. I also make them in beautiful jars with personalized labels if you want, or in larger pans in various colors that’ll make your guest go “awe!!” on sight. Look at my business page for many testimonies. Here’s my card, I look forward to hearing from you.

[If the answer was No] I’ll say, “I’ve heard that before. My biggest promoter was once a banana pudding non-eater. This isn’t your average banana pudding. Here’s my card, give me a call.” Once they see the other things I make, they will order something else as well as the pudding.

Are you tired of having money come in and seeing it go abruptly right out again? Or is it not coming in the way you know it should? Well, my coaching course will definitely help you with that. Money is energy, and you can use a course on how to harness your energy so you will forever be in the flow of money. This is a 5 week course that will develop your mindset to attract as much money as you want. It will open your eyes to what you’re doing to push money away from you. After this course, you will not only be richer, but you will truly feel enriched.

12. How can people get in touch with you? What’s your website/Contact information?

I have a website for Business Matters as well as for Nana’s Pudding, but I’m still working to get them functional. In the meantime, you can visit me on Facebook and Instagram.
