Q & A

Leadership Girl: What is the name of your business?
Michelle McGlade

Michelle McGlade

Michelle McGlade: MM International, Inc.

Leadership Girl: Can you tell us about your business?

Michelle: I am a business strategist for practitioners in the wellness industry. I help my clients make money consistently through my private one to one coaching, online programs and paid membership community.

Leadership Girl: Who do you serve?

Michelle: I work with practitioners in the wellness industry. They are acupuncturists, health coaches, massage therapists, chiropractors, and other passionate healers.

Leadership Girl: What is your website’s url?

Michelle: http://michellemcglade.com

Leadership Girl: How did you get into your current business? What opportunities or needs did you see?

Michelle: From day one, after I opened my clinic, I was coaching practitioners to success by sharing what I was doing and what was working to get clients in the door. Over the years, I realized there was a much larger need within the industry and a gap; practitioners were coming out of school and had no idea what they needed or how to get their businesses started.

Seeing a unique opportunity to fill this gap, I took the leap to full-time coach and business strategist serving practitioners around the globe.

Leadership Girl: What have been your biggest challenges?

Michelle: Moving from a brick and mortar business model to a virtual online business was a challenge. While I was able to apply my knowledge of business, I also had a gap to fill to learn more about digital marketing and social media and how to make it work for me.

Leadership Girl: What has been your Greatest Reward?

Michelle McGladeMichelle: I noticed how my clients look different after they work with me. I see not only the knowledge transformation, but also the outward change resulting from more confidence and success in getting clients in the door. This is the greatest reward.

Leadership Girl: If you could change something, what would it be?

Michelle: The wellness industry. I am looking to see alternative holistic options at the same level of Western medical care. To accomplish this, more leadership within the industry is required, leaders of successful wellness businesses.

Leadership Girl: Who are your ideal clients?

Michelle: I am a perfect fit for those practitioners within the wellness industry who have a big vision for themselves and are ready to take action towards that vision. Someone who knows inside they are meant for more, but seeks guidance from a coach who has been in their shoes and will provide the tough love needed to get results. Someone who has a vision but needs help breaking it down in to actionable steps and creating a strategy for success.

Leadership Girl: Social Media, Yay or Nay?

Michelle: YAY!!

Leadership Girl: What is unique about your business?

Michelle: Me. I am unique. There is no one who can match my unique skillset and experience. I combine my corporate backstory of 15 years in sales and marketing, Master’s Degree in Business Management, entrepreneurial journey as a Licensed Acupuncturist, Founder of a holistic health clinic, community acupuncture clinic, and online business maven to produce quick and lasting results for my clients.
