Figuring Out Location
Before you can build your team, you will need to know where they will work. Will you have an office? Do you need a storefront? Will all of your employees start by working remotely? Each business is going to be unique, and your location will be unique as well. Know your options for office spaces and if you’d need to rent. Remember that rent is an extra cost for your business, so find an office space that allows your company to stay profitable. Understand Your Market
You know your company, and you know what your company does well. You also know why customers should use your company. Do you know about your competition? As you start your company, make sure you do a full market analysis. Not only are you going to be looking for what you do better than your competition, you will be able to learn where your company needs to evolve. Understand your market. It allows you to establish a way for your company to know your customer base and what they expect from your business.
By considering these three aspects of your business early, you are giving yourself a better chance to succeed. As long as you are willing to work hard, you should set your business up for success.
