Have you ever wondered how to get a business profitable and make money faster, all with more in your pocket?
If you’re an entrepreneur, you’ve probably experienced that feeling of having too many choices to make for your business. You’re the one in charge, and there are so many different combinations of things that you can choose from and need to decide on – business cards, logo design, payroll companies, accountants, accounting systems, company dress code, work hours, and so many other things. I couldn’t possibly list them all here. The sheer number of decisions that are put in front of you can be overwhelming.
It would be like sending my husband into a card store, and asking him to buy me 10 different cards, for 10 different people. The poor man would probably be stuck in the card store for a month trying to decide which 10 cards to get and reading every single card in the store. What would probably work just fine is to walk in with a list, and buy the third card from the left in each category. Those would likely be perfectly good choices, and probably wouldn’t be chosen any more randomly than what he came up with.
I liken that to making choices in business. Let’s take payroll companies. There are literally dozens, maybe hundreds of payroll companies. You can certainly drive yourself crazy by interviewing all of them to decide exactly which company to go with for payroll. How about building a spreadsheet, and outlining every option, while you’re at it? Maybe choose by price? Service? How do you know how good they are, and whether they will do what you want? Do you just ask a friend for help?
Payroll is just one in a series of decisions that entrepreneurs have to make. What if I told you I have three places I’d recommend for payroll, and that if you choose one of those three, you’ll be just fine?
What if I told you that I have dozens of examples like that, and they’re all in one place, all in my online coursework?
It’s an 8 week online intensive class designed to help you with the decisions you need to make in your business – even if you’ve already been in business for a while.
We will talk about branding and expanding your business too, because I believe it’s important to provide solid info on three key aspects of your business – Sales, Operations, and Execution.
Please check it out, and let me know if you have any questions.
